An important notice for customers purchasing licenses for our applications from MyCommerce Digital River:
In October / November 2018, one of the email relay servers of Digital River has become the victim of a blacklist attack. This means that some Internet providers may not be accepting email messages from the Digital River network under the false assumption it is a source of SPAM (unsolicited commercial email). Depending on your provider, messages from Digital River are blocked and may not reach you. This includes license order confirmations that contain additional backup copies of both the invoice and the registration data.
Digital River is trying to resolve this issue as fast as possible. However, if you are placing orders for software licenses at the moment, please be sure to download both your license (registration file) and your invoice immediately from the web page that confirms successful fulfillment after your order has been processed.
