October 23, 2018:
We are releasing TinkerTool version 7.1. Many new settings for macOS Mojave are supported:

Added new option to force the Finder to collect all data from a network folder before displaying its contents.
Added new option to let Mail use your own AIFF sound file to indicate a new message.
Added new option to prevent macOS from suggesting iCloud (if available) when saving documents.
Added new option to restrict dark mode to menu bar and Dock, keeping applications light.
Added new option to keep Finder light even if dark mode is enabled.
Added new option to keep Mail light even if dark mode is enabled.
Added new option to keep System Preferences light even if dark mode is enabled.
Added new option to keep Terminal light even if dark mode is enabled.
Added new option to keep iTunes light even if dark mode is enabled.
Added new option to keep Safari light even if dark mode is enabled.
The settings to control style and degree of font smoothing (from OS X 10.8 and earlier) have been reinstated for macOS Mojave.

The Italian translation has been removed.

This silent update provides the latest list of software products known to be incompatible with macOS 10.14 Mojave. The Mojave installer uses this information to clean the operating system from problematic components.

This silent update provides the latest list of software products known to be incompatible with macOS 10.14 Mojave. The Mojave installer uses this information to clean the operating system from problematic components.

October 2, 2018:
We are releasing TinkerTool System 6 version 6.01. This is a maintenance update which corrects minor issues:

Adds support for future versions of macOS Mojave.
Adds a workaround for a declaration issue in the latest versions of the macOS Mojave installation App which could cause the installer not to be accepted as valid for the creation of install media.
Several changes and optimizations in user guidance when working with startup jobs, login screen settings, and license registration.
Fixes an issue where a private Software Update Server could not be used when macOS enforced HTTPS with TLS and extended validation.
Fixes an issue where the application could not detect that it was already approved for full disk access on systems that had been upgraded from OS X 10.10 Yosemite.
Fixes an issue where the user interface might not have been enabled for specific Time Machine features when the backup was stored on a network server.

It also adds several changes and optimizations in user guidance when working with startup jobs, login screen settings, and license registration.

TinkerTool System 5 is a collection of system utility features for the operating systems macOS 10.12 Sierra and macOS 10.13 High Sierra.
