November 29, 2021:
Apple released software via macOS Software Update:
- Allow List for Macintosh firmware security checks (“EFI Check”), version 119 (Update Product ID: 002-24697)
Security-related packages do not appear in the Software Update section of System Preferences (or App Store in older versions of the operating system). macOS is updating the software automatically in the background if you have granted the system permission to download system data files and security-related files.
We are releasing TinkerTool System 7 version 7.71:
- Added new feature to run the built-in Internet speed test of macOS Monterey (macOS 12 or later only).
- Updated the handling of manufacturing dates for Apple devices released after August 2021.
- Added full support for fan tests of MacBook Pro 2021 models. This fixes a possible problem where the application could refuse to run the fan test if the system was too cold.

We are releasing System Monitor Plus version 1.1:
- Added temperature sensor support for the MacBook Pro 2021 (all models).
System Monitor Plus is a free add-on for System Monitor. After simply copying it to your computer, many additional features become available which are not permitted to be directly included in Apps from the Mac App Store.

We are releasing Battery Monitor version 4.2 through the Mac App Store:
- Added new feature to show the accessible battery levels of all battery-powered Bluetooth devices currently connected to your Mac (no longer restricted to selected Human Interfaces devices).
- Added full support for macOS 12.
- Removed legacy support for macOS 10.12 and 10.13.
- Updated the handling of manufacturing dates for Apple devices released after August 2021.
Battery Monitor is a powerful App to display the charge state of portable Macs in the Dock, to display internal battery information, to capture charge and discharge curves, to keep logs of the aging process of the battery, and to add notifications via Notification Center or speech output.

Version 3.1 features several new symbols, improved app localization and various bug fixes.

Apple re-releases software via macOS Software Update:
- BridgeOS Customer Update 12.0.1 (Update Product ID: 002-30508)
This update fixes a problem where Macs with security chip could become unusable when performing an upgrade to macOS Monterey.
