How do I unlock the application?

If you like to use Backup Server Control without restrictions you’ll have to purchase a registration that confirms that you have licensed the software for permanent usage.

1. Select the menu item Backup Server Control > Unlock Backup Server Control…. The window Registration and Activation appears.
2. Choose which type of registration you have received. Since the end of 2024, this should usually be Registration Key.
3. Transfer the key code you have received into the field Registration Key.
4. Click on Save.
5. Confirm your approval to let the application connect to the Internet.
6. Wait a few seconds until your registration has been confirmed.

The confirmation will be displayed. You can close the window now.
